岗位概述
Summary
协助规划,指导和监督涂胶部门及其员工的运营和财务状况,确保产品和工艺的质量达
到内部和外部客户的满意度。
Assistant with planning, directing and overseeing the operations and fiscal
health of the Bonding department and its employees. Ensure quality of
product and process meet satisfaction of internal and external customer.

职责描述
Responsibility
1)战略与发展
1、帮助创建和实施最佳实践制造愿景,战略,政策,流程和程序,以帮助和改善运营
绩效。
2、识别组织内的业务改进机会
2)一般和任务管理
1、根据客户规格,满足质量和交付期望,有效且高效地管理所需的每日/每周/每月目
标的生产,尽可能降低成本并确保始终保持所需的最佳工作实践。
2、负责工厂生产,财务绩效,满足客户要求,维护计划活动的有序和高效运营。
3、确保每天达到目标生产力水平。
4、每天更新生产计划。
5、与其他部门经理就库存吞吐量进行沟通和联络,以确保达到生产目标。
6、通过适当的数据分析推动整体设备效率(OEE)的流程改进。
7、参加各种会议和行动/沟通指示。
8、制作书面报告并进行演示。
9、进行持续的培训和发展。
10、执行根本原因分析并解决问题。
3)人事管理
1、确保在问责制领域内实施人才战略。
2、管理、指导和培养符合商定目标的高绩效制造团队,并提供最佳实践成果,附加值
和持续改进。
3、设定部门目标/关键绩效指标,审查和评估直接报告的持续绩效。
4、管理和领导团队,确保足够的人员配备水平
5、激励和指导团队取得业务成功。
6、为团队提供技术专业知识。
7、监控任务的完成情况,确保良好的性能并在适当的系统上进行记录。
4)员工关系管理
1、作为管理团队的一员,分享想法并改进运营,推荐,支持和实施持续改进活动以及
流程和流程改进,以优化结果并提高交付质量,符合与公司和客户要求。
2、与内部和外部利益相关者建立并保持牢固的关系,以确保最佳绩效。

1)Strategy and Development
1、 Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice
manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid
and improve operational performance.
2、 Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization
2)General and Task Management
1、 Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/
weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality
and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the
required best working practices are maintained at all times.
2、 Responsible for plant production, financial performance, meeting
customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation
of planned activities.
3、 Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis.
4、 Update the production plan on a daily basis.
5、 Communicate and liaise with other departmental managers regarding
throughput of stock to ensure production targets are met.
6、 Drive process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by
appropriate data analysis.
7、 Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
8、 Produce written reports and make presentations.
9、 Undertake continuous training and development.
10、 Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
3)People Management
1、 Ensure the delivery of the People Strategy within area of accountability.
2、 Manage, coach and develop a high performing manufacturing team that
meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added
value and continuous improvements.
3、 Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance
of direct reports.
4、Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing
holiday allowances, recruitment, training, development, appraisal,
attendance, disciplinary issues and daily supervision to maximize efficient
productivity.
5、 Motivate and coach the team to operational success.
6、 Provide technical expertise to the team.
7、 Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record
on appropriate systems.
4)Relationship Management
1、 Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation
, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement
activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and
improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements
delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements.
2、 Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

任职资格
Qualifications
1、接受全球轮岗(美国、墨西哥、中国)。
2、本科及以上学历,商业或工程学相关专业
3、5年汽车注塑模具/涂胶工作经验
4、5年生产管理工作经验;丰富的工厂级经验和丰富的成熟监督经验。
5、了解高级产品质量计划(APQP),Kaizen,精益生产。
6、具备制造行业部门盈亏管理经验
7、熟悉库卡机器人的使用者优先
8、了解制造和采购/供应链。
9、了解TS16949,IOSH / NEBOSH,ISO 14001。
10、卓越的领导能力和人员管理技能;良好的人际交往能力;能够管理各种跨职能团队
成员;优秀的组织协调技能;具备解决问题,团队建设,规划和决策的能力

1、Accept global job rotation( USA / Mexio / China )
2、 Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
3、 5 years automotive plastic injection mold / bonding work experience
4、 5 years’ work experience in production management; Extensive plant
level experience with significant proven supervisory experience.
5、 Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Kaizen, lean
manufacturing.
6、 Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing.
7、 Kuka robot experience is a plus
8、 Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain.
9、 Understanding of TS16949, IOSH/NEBOSH, ISO 14001.
10、 Excellent leadership and man- management skills; Excellent
interpersonal skills; Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team
members; Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; Excellent
organizational and follow-up skills; Competent in problem solving, team
building, planning and decision making.
